There wouldnt be enough space on the site to explain or describe my emotions or experience. 50 degrees hot & dusty !
A week of test walking and bike prep. The opening ceremony with 35 other countries. The team spirit.
In short, i started day 1 with great test times and kept them up all week. My mistake, a chain derailment on Day 2 costing me 8 mins. This put me to the back of the pack, which was over 150 places, for the start of day 3 and it was a battle of slower riders on tests and dust for the rest of the week. I climbed back up to finish the event with a silver medal which for my first ISDE was awesome. There are so many people i need to thank for sponsorship and help to get me over there so if i miss anyone i am sorry.

Another trip to Wales but no points.
After a week of getting bits ready for ISDE, we decided to save a piston change, but the old girl was too tired. Seized solid day one – weekend over .

Looking foward to a local event and it was a good one. Not a great start for the 3 hour race but picked my way to 3rd place behind Fraser and Lewis. After 1st pit stop we were all close together, then Fraser and Lewis collided allowing me to overtake Lewis who was straightening his front disc. Kept Lewis off for a lap afterwhich his dodgy brake forced his retirement.
Finished a couple of mins down on Fraser in second

Day 1 didnt go well for me, i managed all the tests including the extreme one ok, but couldnt get it together on the going - D.N.F
Day 2 was better with good test time and clean on time, first world round so big learning curve !

Well what a wet one! Rained non stop which made a very hard and slippery event.
Day 1.
Stayed clean on time but test times wern’t fantastic. Just glad to have finished and try to dry out for tomorrow.
Day 2.
Had better test times, but threw a chain damaging the clutch slave. Determined to finish, Tiley pushed me to the work area and i changed all the bits over.
Lost 40 minutes by the end of the day but glad to say i completed the hardest welsh they have had for many years.

Looking foward to this one to push myself against Fraser and Lewis . I kept with them and swopped places for first 1 and a half hours, started to get tired and watched them both pull away, finished a comfortable third, but need to get fitter if im to be able to keep up with their pace.
